Too bad about the family across the street. It is all too common a situation and people get killed sometimes, or badly injured. I know it will be hard for those children to deal with school.

Eden has an rather unpleasant thing crop up right at the first of school. Marti's new teacher is going to keep a public record of the children who lose teeth. Eden and Marti both have cleidocranial dystosis (spelling ?)..and Eden's teeth never came out..they had to be pulled, and they waited until she was a teenager....this will happen to Marti, though we are hoping dentistry will have advanced to offer a better opportunity for Marti....

Marti already has cried over it...Jay is bragging about losing his two teeth.. What to do...

Eden hates to start the year complaining to the new teacher. She is going to ask the teacher if Marti can count Jay's teeth..maybe this will sensitize the teacher to the discrimination issue.... Well, got to go. Am taking a Frontpage 2000 class this morning...and need to do some "clear out the office stuff" in the afternoon.
